Cheer salad with bacon & HONEY

4 portions
250 gram of chevre                         (Chevre is French goat milk cheese)
300 gram of mixed salads
150 gram of bacon in slices
1 tablespoon of garlic
3/4 decilitre mild cooking oil
1 tsp. of dried thyme
4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. of  HONEY
black pepper

1.

Rinse and dry the salad and tear them in pieces. Mix the salad and the chevre and add some
black pepper.

Shred the bacon and fry them until crispy. Remove most of the bacon fat, pour the cooking oil
and the garlic on the bacon.
Stir while frying. Add the thyme, vinegar and the HONEY, boil for 1 minute.

Spoon out the shredded bacon with the hoot dressing over the salad and serve with some
nice wine or as you can see I prefer beer !
